Production Time: Printed stock items in standard sizes in 5-7 working days after written approval of proof for quantities up to 5000 with up to 2 imprints. Please allow 10 working days for all four-color process jobs. Allow 2-3 working days for embossing on quantities of 100 or less. Contact factory for current shipping schedule if your delivery date is critical.

Rush Charges: Call for availability and charges.

F.O.B. Point: Florida, freight is billed (F.O.B. factory) at cost plus $8 per order for packaging and handling.

Shipping Weights: For a quantity of 500 the approximate shipping weights are as follows: CR80 15 Mil-3.02 lbs, CR8030 Mil-5.0 Lbs, Rolo 20 Mil-5.52 lbs, Golf Tag 30 Mil – 10.04 lbs.

Partial Shipments: A charge of $8.00 (V) applies to each partial shipment after the first.

Special Packaging: Available on selected products. Call for quote.

Terms: Mastercard, Visa and American Express accepted, no debit cards. Receipt of check or credit card information required before production. Credit card will not be charged or check deposited until order completion. Net 30 days from date of invoice for established accounts in good standing. Past due accounts will be assessed a 1.5% service charge per month on unpaid balance.

Verbal Orders: Factory will not be responsible for any errors on handwritten orders. Verbal orders cannot be accepted. A “Waiver of Proof” is required to be in writing. Faxes gladly accepted.

Returns: Contact factory for a return authorization and shipping instructions, returns without authorization will not be accepted. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused cards or services in the prepaid personalization program.

Misprints/Damages: All claims must be made to factory within 30 days of invoice, NO exceptions. An RA# must be marked on the outside of any returned packages.

Restock Charge: 20% of invoice value, less freight, applies to stock, unprinted items only; items must be in a resalable condition.

Prices Over End Quantity: Call for quote.

Over/Under Runs: Not to exceed 5%. If exact quantity is required, an exact count charge of $30(V) per thousand applies.

Prepaid Program: Minimum of 4 cards required per order. Price includes delivery to one US address. No refunds for unused cards.

Artwork: Please see art spec page for specifications. Most artwork is retained for 5 years; repeat orders more than 5 years old may require new art. All artwork produced by Kwickcard remains our property.

Quantity Pricing: In-between quantities will be priced at the lesser quantity price unless custom quoted.

Foreign Shipments: A $20 charge to prepare the required export documentation will apply, in addition to the cost of all certificates of origin and other required documents.

Patents or copyrights: When orders are manufactured to the customer’s specifications, the purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for the patent or copyright infringement.

Cancellations: Costs incurred for artwork, screens, composition and all work-accomplished prior to cancellation will be billed.

Samples/Catalogs: Random samples and catalogs, in reasonable quantities, supplied at no charge.

Printing Information: The method most commonly used to imprint artwork on the products in the Kwickcard Line is high quality, ultraviolet surface screen print or lithographic offset print. The ink is guaranteed for the life of the card. We will gladly replace the card or credit your account at our option, should the ink ever fail.

Ink Color Match: PMS color matches are provided at no extra charge. We will make every effort to match a specified color, however, we cannot guarantee an exact match. All ink colors are mixed to print on white stock. Dark stock colors may alter the actual color of the imprint.

Right to Promote: Unless otherwise notified in writing at the time of the order, factory reserves the right to use any items it produces in displays, promotional and collateral materials.

Liability: Merchandise becomes customer property upon delivery to carrier. If shipment is delayed or damaged by carrier, claim must be filed with carrier by customer.
